We welcome guests onboard starting from 15:30. A briefing will be provided to introduce the captain, yacht crew and information about the blue cruise route. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Marmaris Harbor, or if guests prefer, the yacht will anchor at a nearby bay.
Kadırga Bay, which has been honoured with the blue flag for its marvelous sea. Kadırga Bay has already been a touristic place for many years. Located along the turquoise coastline of Marmaris, Arap Island is a stunning destination renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty. Rising above the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea, the island is surrounded by lush green hills and pine forests. The serene atmosphere and the diverse flora and fauna that enrich the island’s natural habitat offer visitors a tranquil escape.
Serce is where the Blue Cruise boats prefer to moor, offers a brilliant image of scenery. It is well protected from the harshest weather conditions. Underwater surveys and excavations have led to many discoveries such as glassware, which is now kept in the Bodrum Under water Museum. About one kilometer ahead of this bay, there are the villages of Kırkkuyular and Sindilli, where many abandoned stone houses is found. In Kırkkuyular, the region’s oldest residence, there are 40 cisterns. The water in this region is saline and unfit for animal husbandry and agriculture. The residents use the wells for household use.
Bozukkale (Loryma) is an ancient city that dates back to 10 BC. There are nine towers of the castle walls extending in a mutually rectangular pattern. The castle and towers are very well preserved and appear in a solid state. Bozukale was used as a place to watch all the yachts in theAegean. Its strategic geographical location and narrow port was also used by the ships sailing along the Aegean Sea.
Dirsekbuku is located between the Aegean Sea and the Gulf of Hisaronu. Yachts which are cruising from Bodrum to Marmaris, stop here for anchorage. Dirsekbuku offers a great swimming break. This very sheltered bay swells a bit after strong northwest winds. There is no highway. The substrate is sand, holds anchors.
Bozburun is renowned for the thriving sponge business and gullet yacht construction industry. Local citizens are building strong and beautiful gullet boats in this region. Owing to its gullet and yacht manufacturing industries, Bozburun has become a central attraction, visited by tourists from all across the world. For blue cruise enthusiasts who want to spend their evenings, Bozburun harbor is a peaceful town where you can take pleasant walks and buy small souvenirs.
The Selimiye village in the Mugla district of Marmaris is one of the pearls in the Gulf of Hisaronu. The ancient name of this village was Hydas, which got changed to Losta. At sunset, the sun disappearing behind the mountains surrounding the village seems to dye the scenery in a rich red hue. Selimiye – Hisaronu – Orhaniye are like an indispensable trio. Selmiye is also renowned for its clean sea water, almond and olive trees, the smell of fresh thyme and oregano enveloping the mountains, clean, pollution-free air, peaceful environment and warm people.

Just across the bay from Selimiye, Bencik offers a quiet and protected area for anchorage. Bencik Bay which has a very narrow entrance but a unique view once you get inside. Bencik is located at the narrowest part of the peninsula that divides Hisaronu Gulf from the Gokova Gulf but it is located at Hisaronu side.

Palamutbuku is reputed for having the best beaches in the Datca peninsula. The beaches are small but very beautiful. Surrounded by mountains and spotted with gardens, these beaches are known for their tranquility and fresh sea air that together present the perfect backdrop for a rejuvenating getaway. Palamutbuku is located at the end of the peninsula and is also famed for the remains of the historic city of Knidos.
Located southeast of Akçalı and Mersincik Islands, which lie side by side in the northwest of the Datça Peninsula, this area serves as the region’s only natural harbor. While it is open to the north wind, the small bay with its entrance facing east, located under the harbor headland, is the most sheltered spot. During the summer months, many boats, especially gulets, anchor in this area.
Bodrum’s Orak Island stretches directly across from Kargıcık Bay. It is a frequent stop for blue cruise and diving boats. The island’s slopes are covered with olive trees, and there is no permanent settlement on the island. Orak Island boasts some of the most beautiful waters on the blue cruise route. When viewed from above, the island resembles the shape of a sickle. Overnight stay will be at this island.
The boat will enter Bodrum Harbor early in the morning, and after breakfast, the tour will end at 09:30.
